Brett Weston
Lead Pastor
Brett grew up in Aurora, CO and his wife, Erin, is a Colorado native from Littleton, CO. Brett and Erin met in college at Colorado State University and served as missionaries in East Asia for the first decade of their married life. Brett and Erin have six kids aged 19 to 4. Brett graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando in 2016. Brett and Erin are happy to be back in Colorado following God’s leading to plant a church that connects people in Centennial and the surrounding Denver Metro Area to God, to each other and to our community. Brett and Erin are here to show and share the love of Jesus through Elevate Hope Centennial—a community of people who are not perfect and don’t pretend to be.
Isaiah Knight
Worship Director
Isaiah grew up in Tucson, AZ and came to Colorado in 2017 to attend Colorado Christian University, where he double-majored in Worship Arts and Business Administration. Isaiah met his wife, Taylor, in college and they got married in July of 2020. Isaiah has been involved in church worship since middle school, and helped launch Elevate Hope Centennial when he was a worship intern at Deer Creek Church in 2019. Isaiah is excited to be serving Elevate Hope full-time as its Worship Director, and looks forward to being a part of this growing church family.
Taylor Knight
Children’s Ministry Coordinator
Taylor was born and raised in Minot, ND and was the first of her family to leave the cold state. Taylor came to Colorado to attend Colorado Christian University, where she majored in Youth Ministry and minored in Psychology with an emphasis in Biblical Studies. Taylor met her husband, Isaiah, in college and they decided to stay in the beautiful state of Colorado. Taylor is passionate about kids coming to know the Lord at a young age and loves being a part of our Elevate Hope family—especially the kiddos.
