OUTREACH PARTNERS

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

Suicide is a leading cause of death in Colorado.

Elevate Hope has partnered with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to help sponsor the Denver-Metro Out of the Darkness Community Walk.

The Denver-Metro Out of the Darkness Community Walk is a journey of remembrance, hope, and support. It unites our communities and provides an opportunity to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental health conditions have affected our lives and the lives of those we love and care about.

Come walk with Elevate Hope as we show the real and lasting hope of Jesus to our community in a tangible way joining thousands of other walkers to support suicide prevention.

Arapahoe County Human Services

Partnering for the Holidays creates a special holiday season for local individuals and families in need. The program was created by employees of Arapahoe County Human Services and is a charitable program of the non-profit organization, Arapahoe County Foundation.

Partnering for the Holidays provides holiday gifts for Arapahoe County residents who are involved as clients with Arapahoe County Human Services. The program benefits those who may otherwise go without during the holiday season, including children and adults in crisis, victims of abuse or neglect, or those experiencing financial hardship.

Elevate Hope partners with Arapahoe County each holiday season to serve as many as 500 kids and 250 adults - join us as we serve the most vulnerable families in our communities!
